1. All Sales Are Final
Because every FairyPods product is 100% handmade and custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and processed.
We appreciate your understanding that the meticulous handcrafting process and the unique, customized nature of our dolls make them unable to be resold. Please ensure you review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order. Once our studio has begun the production process (usually after 24 hours), we can no longer accept any cancellations or modifications.
3. Minor Transit Shifts (The Glue Stick Fix)
As noted in our Shipping Policy, handmade beaded products are delicate and can occasionally experience minor shifts or small pieces detaching during international transit. We include a complimentary glue stick in every package. Minor detachments that can be easily fixed with the provided glue do not qualify as defective items and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Damages and Incorrect Items
While we do not offer general returns or exchanges, we want you to be happy with your FairyPods experience. If your item arrives severely damaged (beyond a minor fix) or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.
- You must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the severe damage or the incorrect item, along with photos of the original packaging.
- Our studio will review your claim and, if approved, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution (such as a partial refund or sending a replacement part), entirely at our discretion.
