Will my pod fairy look EXACTLY like the picture?
Because we use 100% real, natural materials like acorns, pinecones, and seeds, no two fairies are exactly alike! There will be slight natural variations in the size, shape, color, and texture of the wood and seeds. We believe these little differences are what make your forest friend truly one-of-a-kind and full of personality.
What if a small decorative part falls off during shipping?
We pack our pod fairies with extreme care and lots of love, but international shipping can sometimes be bumpy. Don’t worry! We’ve included a complimentary piece of a hot glue stick in your package. If a small acorn, leaf, or button happens to come loose during transit, simply heat the tip of the glue stick with a lighter for a few seconds until it melts slightly, dab it onto the detached piece, and gently press it back into place. It’s a quick 5-second fix that brings your fairy back to perfect shape!
Is this a toy suitable for babies or young children?
NO. Our pod fairies are handcrafted art collectibles designed for display and decoration only. IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: The natural pods, seeds, and plant materials used in our creations are strictly non-edible and TOXIC if ingested. Eating them will cause poisoning and serious harm. Furthermore, they contain small parts (like seeds, buttons, and dried flowers) that pose a choking hazard. Please keep them strictly out of reach of babies, toddlers, and pets at all times.
How should I care for my pod fairy?
To keep your fairy looking its best, please keep it indoors in a dry, well-ventilated environment. Avoid direct harsh sunlight, as it can cause the dried flowers and vintage fabrics to fade over time. Keep away from excessive moisture to protect the natural wood and seeds. A light dusting with a soft, dry brush is all it needs to stay beautiful.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Each pod fairy is meticulously handcrafted to order by our artisans. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to create your fairy. Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your forest friend starts their journey.
Will I need to pay customs taxes or import duties?
Depending on your country’s local import laws, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are solely the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind, and handcrafted nature of our pod fairies, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please read the product descriptions and view the photos carefully before making a purchase. However, if your forest friend arrives with severe transit damage (beyond a simple glue fix), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to assist you.
