1. Handcrafting & Processing Time
Since each of our “Bean Pod Dolls” is meticulously handmade by our studio artists, please allow 2 – 5 business days for production before your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every detail meets our quality standards.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer international shipping from our studio in China to the United States, Europe, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and Brazil.
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 USD
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $79.99 USD.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 12 business days (after the order has been processed and shipped).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance or carrier delays.
3. Handcrafted Nature & Variations
Please understand that because our products are 100% handmade, each doll is unique.
- Consistency: We guarantee that the final product will be at least 90% identical to the website photos.
- Materials: Due to the use of some natural materials, slight variations in texture or shade are normal and cannot be guaranteed to be perfectly identical.
- Accessories: We ensure that all accessories included will be consistent with the design shown.
4. Packaging & Minor Repairs
Handmade products can be delicate during long-distance international transit. To ensure you can enjoy your FairyPods doll even if a small component shifts or detaches during shipping:
- We have included a complimentary glue stick in your package.
- In the event of minor detachment, you can easily re-attach the piece with the provided glue.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FairyPods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, VAT, or import taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If your local customs office requires payment, you must settle these fees to receive your package.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.
